Megan Rowan has worked in solar since 2014. Starting off in sales, she helped more than 500 customers install solar and understand how they can use cleaner, more affordable electricity at SolarCity, Tesla, and Sunrun. She then spent two years as a sales onboarding trainer, helping to build the training program for the country's largest solar direct-sales organization. After that, she spent three years as a Learning Experience Designer and Learning Manager for Sunrun's customer support teams.

Megan built and now leads Sunrun’s Knowledge Management team, the brains behind the company's centralized knowledge source of truth. She focuses on providing accurate, complete, and clear information to all of Sunrun, both to employees directly and through the AI tools used across the customer journey, project management, customer support, and marketing. Today, she is one of Sunrun's most knowledgeable solar experts, connecting the company’s strategic goals to its knowledge and resources.
