2026 PW CA/HI/IL $6 for 6 Months Offer

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2026 PW CA/HI/IL $6 for 6 Months Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2026 PW CA/HI/IL $6 for 6 Months Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Power Purchase Agreement or Lease Customer Agreement during the Promotional Period for any Sunrun PV system with a Battery Storage Product in the States of California, Hawaii, or Illinois, (iii) enroll in ACH Autopay before the Participants’ Sunrun PV system receives Permission To Operate (PTO) and stay enrolled in ACH Autopay for the first six (6) months of Sunrun billing from a bank account in the name of the Participant, and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by March 31, 2026. Participants’ Sunrun PV system size must be 4kW or larger to qualify for the promotion. This Promotional Offer may be subject to a qualifying rate per kWh. If the Participants' rate does not qualify for the Promotional Offer, upon request a qualifying rate may be provided by a Sunrun sales representative. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties, such recipients are not eligible to receive a Promotion Reward.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive instructions for claiming the reward described below. By participating in this promotion, the participant is agreeing to marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. If tax information is required, Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate information.

Monthly Bill Credit promotions are valid only for the original Sunrun System owner. Monthly Bill Credit promotions are considered invalid at the moment service is transferred. This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. This offer is available to new customers only.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2026 PW CA/HI/IL $6 for 6 Months Offer and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from January 26, 2026, to February 9, 2026, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on February 9, 2026.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive storage benefit from one (1) Tesla Powerwall battery storage product at no cost to the Participant ($0.00 per month) for the full Sunrun contract term. Limit of one Offer Reward per customer or customer address. Units may not be returned to Sunrun or exchanged for cash. Eligible Participants will also receive a Sunrun bill credit resulting in a $1 per month bill for the first 6 months of Sunrun billing (the “Offer Reward”). On Sunrun FlexSolar projects the Offer Reward value will be calculated using the Year 1 Minimum Monthly Bill amount that is equivalent to no more than 100% utility offset. There still may be a charge for any applicable taxes as the credit applies only to the solar and storage (as applicable) monthly charges. The Offer Reward does not include credit or any other payment of a customer’s electric or any other utility bill. Participants must meet all Eligibility Requirements. This Offer Reward is not applicable to purchased systems or any Prepaid contracts. The Offer Reward is payable after installation is complete on the Participant’s Solar Facility and if, and only if, the Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing, as defined by the Sunrun Customer Agreement, including enrollment in ACH Autopay. Participants may become ineligible for this promotion at any time if the Participant is (i) not enrolled in ACH Autopay using a bank account under Participant’s name at any point during the first six (6) months after the system receives PTO, or (ii) not in good standing (including a balance past due) at any point during the first (six) 6 months after the system receives PTO.

Any Offer Rewards described herein shall be in lieu of any other rewards.

Sunrun makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose about any part of the Offer Reward.

Miscellaneous: This offer is made by Sunrun. The Terms and Conditions and the terms set forth herein constitute the entire understanding and agreement of Sunrun and Participant and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.

This offer is made by Sunrun. Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2026 PW CA/HI/IL $6 for 6 Months Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason. At Sunrun’s sole discretion, at any time during the Promotional Period or during the six (6) month period after any Participants have reached PTO, Sunrun may elect to issue the remainder of any Offer Reward due to a Participant as a lump sum gift card. If Sunrun makes this election, bill credits will cease to be issued and a gift card(s) representing approximately the same value the customer would obtain through future bill credits will be issued to the Participant within 120 days of Sunrun making such election. Participants agree to these Terms of Service for Sunrun Promotions.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
