2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer

Program Guidelines

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer (the “2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer from Sunrun Inc. or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Sunrun Power Purchase Agreement or Lease Customer Agreement (a “Customer Agreement”) for any Sunrun PV system with a battery storage product in the States of California (excluding “Bay Area” Sunrun Metro Market) or Massachusetts during the Promotional Period, (iii) enroll in ACH Autopay before the Participants’ Sunrun PV system receives Permission To Operate (“PTO”) and stay enrolled in ACH Autopay for the first six (6) months of Sunrun billing from a bank account in the name of the Participant, and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by July 31, 2026. Participants’ Sunrun PV system size must be 4.5kW or larger to qualify for the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer. This 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer may be subject to a qualifying rate per kWh. If the Participants' rate does not qualify for the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer, the Participant may request a qualifying rate from a Sunrun sales representative. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate in the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer from third parties and third parties are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

Participants are required to have a valid email address on file with Sunrun in order to receive instructions for claiming the Offer Reward described below. Unclaimed Offer Rewards will expire after three (3) months. By participating in the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer, the Participant agrees to receive marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. If tax information is required, Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate tax information.

By participating in the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

The 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun and is available to new customers only.

Promotional Period: From June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Offer Reward: Eligible Participants will receive a Sunrun bill credit resulting in a $1 per month bill for the first six (6) months of bills from Sunrun (the “Offer Reward”). On Sunrun FlexSolar projects the Offer Reward value will be calculated, at Sunrun’s sole discretion, based on the Participant’s Year 1 Minimum Monthly Bill amount. The Offer Reward value shall be equivalent to no more than 100% of the Participant’s first six (6) months of bills from Sunrun.The Offer Reward for Sunrun FlexSolar projects shall be prorated for Month 1 pursuant to the program’s billing cycle. The Offer Reward shall apply only to solar and storage (as applicable) monthly bills from Sunrun and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Participant shall be responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes. The 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer does not apply to any other electric or any other utility bill Participant may owe. Participants must meet all Eligibility Requirements. This Offer Reward is not applicable to purchased systems or any prepaid contracts. The Offer Reward is payable after installation of the Participant’s Solar Facility is complete and, in Sunrun’s sole determination, the Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing (as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement), including enrollment in ACH Autopay. Participants may become ineligible for this promotion at any time if the Participant is (i) not enrolled in ACH Autopay using a bank account in Participant’s name at any point during the first six (6) months after the system receives PTO, or (ii) not in good standing (including a balance past due) at any point during the first (six) 6 months after the system receives PTO.

Any Offer Rewards described herein shall be in lieu of any other rewards.

This offer is made by Sunrun Inc. At Sunrun’s sole discretion, at any time during the Promotional Period or during the six (6) month period after a Participant’s Sunrun PV system has received PTO, Sunrun may elect to issue the remainder of any Offer Reward due to a Participant as a lump sum gift card. If Sunrun makes this election, bill credits will cease to be issued and a gift card(s) representing approximately the same value the customer would obtain through future bill credits will be issued to the Participant within 120 days of Sunrun making such election. Participants agree to these Terms of Service for Sunrun Promotions. Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason. Failure to make on-time monthly payments may result in additional charges. The Offer Terms and Conditions and the terms set forth herein constitute the entire understanding and agreement of Sunrun and Participant and supersede and extinguish all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer.


Privacy: Subject to the Offer Terms and Conditions and the terms set forth herein, Participant information submitted pursuant to the 2026 CA/MA $6 for 6 Months Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
