2025 Sunrun Vivint $15 for 5 Offer

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2025 Sunrun Vivint $15 for 5 Offer. The exclusive 2025 Sunrun Vivint $15 for 5 Offer is a Special Promotion, and is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

Eligibility Requirements: This promotion is open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) receive an invitation to participate in the 2025 Sunrun Vivint $15 for 5 Offer from Sunrun Inc., or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) are current Vivint SmartHome customers in good standing as defined by the Vivint Customer Agreement, (iii) have a minimum Vivint SmartHome monthly invoice of $14.99, (iv) sign a new Sunrun Customer Agreement for any Sunrun PV system during the Promotional Period, and (v) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Sunrun Customer Agreement by January 31, 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties, and any such recipients of invitations from third parties are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. This offer is available to new Sunrun customers only.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2025 Sunrun Vivint $15 for 5 Offer and to these Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2025.

Offer Reward: Eligible Participants will receive up to a $15.00 monthly discount on their Vivint SmartHome monthly invoice for 5 years. The total value of this offer promotion shall not exceed $900.00. If a Vivint SmartHome customer's monthly invoice falls below $15, then the customer shall not be entitled to any discount on such invoice.

If the Sunrun PV installation is cancelled or the customer cancels their Sunrun agreement after Sunrun PV installation, the Vivint SmartHome $15.00 monthly discount will be removed immediately.

Limit of one Offer Reward per customer or customer address. Sunrun makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose about any part of the Offer Reward.

Miscellaneous: Sunrun reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any Participant who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Promotional Offer in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws, statutes or ordinances, as determined by Sunrun. Additionally, Sunrun reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. Sunrun is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
